Refund policy

At Latrelle Luxe, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging attached.

Final sale items, including clearance items, gift cards, and items marked final sale, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Please do not return merchandise without receiving return instructions from Latrelle Luxe.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
